Summer Shipping Information

SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY

While you and I may be excited for summer... your chocolate isn't. High temperatures mean a greater chance of melting during shipment. To help manage this issue, we at Bliss are taking the following precautions.
1. Earlier shipping cutoffs to ensure your package ships without long weekend delays. Orders received by 5:00 p.m. Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders received by 5:00 p.m. Saturday will ship the following Tuesday.

2. All orders will be shipped with ice in insulated pouches.

3. Orders will be kept frozen at Bliss until picked up for shipping.

4. In certain weather only Priority Mail Express Shipping will be available as an option.

Despite these precautions, if you are shipping to an area of the country that is very warm, we strongly recommend that you select Priority Mail Express Shipping or save your chocolate craving until the weather cools back down in the fall.

While we at Bliss do everything we can to ensure your chocolate leaves our shop in pristine condition, we cannot be responsible for melting or damage that may occur in transit. Please understand that the final decision regarding shipping speed is the responsibility of the customer.

REFUND POLICY

If an error occurs with your order, please let us know right away so that we can make it right for you.

Unfortunately, due to the unpredictable nature of shipping, we cannot refund orders that melt in transit. To ensure your chocolate reaches you in optimal condition, we strongly suggest selecting overnight Priority Mail Express Shipping if you live in a warmer region.
